In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. Please note a valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

The Help Desk will be closed on Friday, April 14 and Monday, April 17 for the Good Friday and Easter Monday holidays.
Monday - Thursday | 8:30am - 9:00pm
Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday - Sunday | 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
